Southwest Florida including: Brokerage,

asset manager responsible for the asset.
Our firm successfully provides the
marketing, financial management, tenant
relations and maintenance supervision
required to position real estate assets
to optimally perform. We are
experienced managers focused on
producing long term value for our real
estate investor clients.

require very high standards from those
who work for us and we are very
selective of the tradesman and vendors
that we retain. As a firm, we have a
policy of paying contractors and vendors
immediately when their work is
satisfactorily completed. As a result,
we have excellent tradesman who work for
us at favorable rates. They are very
responsive when we call, because they
know that we will treat them fairly and
compensate them quickly for their
services.
Our
responsiveness to maintenance and
service needs is appreciated by tenants
and provides long term financial
benefits to the property. To our
clients, we are very judicious with
money and regularly provide a detailed
accounting of all funds and activities
performed. The principal of our firm, Ed
Bonkowski, has over 30 years of
experience managing real estate assets
and he is both a Certified Property
Manager (CPM©) and a licensed
contractor.
